End of the Year "Catch Up!"

Ok, so I have been a slacker blogger for the last couple of months. We have been so busy with life, potty training, volunteer work, etc. etc. etc. I think that I have had withdrawals from blogging! I am actually in the process if making "Life with Maddie" in to a book......well at least her first year of life. I promise that I will get back on track in 2010. Happy New Year to All!

Maddie's 1st Day of Dance

Today was Maddie's 1st day of dance at Little Rock School of Dance. It was kind of a sentimental day for me beacuse 20, some odd, years ago I was taking dance at the same place!! I can still remember how tiny I felt up on the stage at Robinson Auditorium during our recital....now I will be sitting in the audience watching MY little girl up on that same stage :)

Beauty and the Beach 2009

Maddie made her 1st venture to the beach this month. We went to Destn for a week with Wade,

myself, Kamee. Poppa, Kelli, Korbi and Kadie! We had a great trip! Maddie LOVED the sand, beach and the waves! She also learned how to swim under the water and hold her breath! She is totally our little mermaid in any kind of water (i.e. lake, pool or ocean)! The day we were packing up and leaving she was waving to the beach, blowing kisses and saying," Luv jew beach...miss you!" Now, any body of water is the "beach!" We are already looking forward to our next trip to the beach next year:)

Party, Party, Party!!!!

We had Maddie's 2nd Birthday Party at the Wonder Place this year! She shared this event with all of her favorite family and friends! There was plenty of pink cake, presents, peeps and lots of giggles! I still can't believe that she is 2 (with MUCH attitude)! I can't wait to see what the future holds with this little firecracker!
