6 chics and Dylan....
This past weekend Maddie, myself, my sister and nephew took a roadtrip to St. Louis to visit my best friend and her girls. We went to Grants Farm, the Mills Outlet and LOTS of sightseeing!We snapped pics of Anheuser-Busch, The Arch and downtown (there were so many other photo ops that we didn't get to photograph....*Mr. Miyagi with a mullet in cammo* b-day party in da' hood*a mini van lost in da' hood for 2 hours looking for Chipolte* The Hill*And last, but not least.....2 kids, 1 toddler and 1 baby asleep in the minivan. Everyone had such a great time this weekend! Thank you so much Aunt April ( and the "girls") for letting us come and enjoy your world. We love you and we'll be back :)

Maddie's 9 month check-up
Maddie had her 9 month check up today and the doctor said she is doing wonderful!
Her are her stats.....weight: 20 lbs. 8 0z. and length: 29".

Happy 9 Months Maddie!
Happy Birthday lil' bit! Today Maddie woke up this morning and Wade brought her to our bed and we said Happy Birthday Maddie.....yeah! She started grinning and clapping.....she is such a joy in the morning. I look forward to when she wakes up so I can get some "Maddie snugglin' and see her little angelic face. It is so hard to believe that in 3 more months, we will be celebrating Maddie's 1st birthday! It seems like just yesterday she couldn't even hold her head up by herself and today she is standing. clapping, jibbering and trying to feed herself....

Maddie's 1st Baseball Game

"The Motely Crew"Maddie went to her 1st Travelers baseball game last night. We met Nite-Nite at the ballpark and then Emery and Reed (along with their parents) showed up a little later for the fun! Nite-Nite has been on the Traveler's board forever, so we were able to enjoy the game inside in the suite. Good thing because it was pretty chilly outside that evening!

I am willing to place a bet that Maddie will be eating a T-bone on her 1st birthday! Her 2 bottom teeth are all ready in and her two top front teeth are coming in. I was brushing her teeth the other morning and discovered 4 more top teeth coming in. That makes a total of 8 teeth all together!

Colorado or BUST!!!
This year for Spring Break we went skiing with Wade's family to Wolf Creek, Colorado. It was Maddie's first roadtrip, and except for getting a little ansy at times in her car seat, she was a trooper on this "Griswald family" vacation. She hung out on the ski slopes, went sledding and sight seeing, too. Maddie has traveled through Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, New Mexico and Colorado......not to bad for an 8 month old!
The Easter Bunny found Maddie in Colorado
This year we spent Easter/Spring Break in Wolf Creek, Colorado. Even though is was cold outside and there was snow everywhere, Maddie was still dressed and ready for Spring. We found a small church to attend for Easter service, and I do have to say, that Maddie looked like a little angel in her Easter dress....Thank heaven for little girls!

Happy Birthday Miss Maddie!
Maddie is 8 months old today (I cannot believe how much time has flown by)! She is standing and pulling up on EVERYTHING! She is also balancing when she stands, so I am just waiting for her to take her first step, soon. She is full of funny expressions and her smile is everchanging with her 3 teeth. She is full of energy and very persistant...I am so excited of what our future holds with this little "fireball!" Happy Birthday baby, we love you!
